Frequently asked questions
Is Menjalica a free app?
Yes, completely. No subscription, no ads inside the app, no cut taken from your trades. Currently on Google Play, the iOS build is in the works.
Which sticker albums does Menjalica support?
The bigger Panini and Topps editions, plus Match Attax and regional publishers. Champions League, Euro, World Cup, Stranger Things and many more. If you can’t find your album in the catalog, drop us a line on support and we usually add it within the week.
How do I trade Panini stickers through the app?
You walk through the album and mark which stickers you have and which are still missing. The app then shows you collectors whose duplicates line up with your gaps. You send a proposal, agree the details in chat, ship by mail or meet in person.
How do I know I won’t get scammed in a trade?
Before you reach out you see how many trades the other collector has finished and how many they cancelled. Both sides rate each other after the trade, so unreliable users lose standing fast. Addresses are only shared after both sides accept the swap.
Can I trade stickers in person or only by mail?
Whichever works for you. The proposal shows the other collector’s city, so if you’re in the same place it’s usually faster to meet. Otherwise plain mail, however you settle it in chat.
What if someone doesn’t ship after we agreed?
Cancel the swap and leave a negative comment. It all stays on their profile even after they delete their account, so unreliable collectors lose the community’s trust quickly.
Can I trade stickers from older albums?
As long as the album is in our catalog, yes. Older Panini, Topps, regional publishers, we support them all. Not on the list? Write to [email protected] and we usually add it the following week.
Can I include multiple stickers in a single trade?
You can, a swap proposal can include any number of stickers on either side. The app suggests the bundle that best covers each side’s gaps for you.
Is my collection data public?
Other users only see what you’re offering and what you’re looking for. Your address, email and phone stay with you until you choose to share an address inside a specific accepted swap.
