You walk through the album and mark which stickers you have and which are still missing. The app then shows you collectors whose duplicates line up with your gaps. You send a proposal, agree the details in chat, ship by mail or meet in person.

Before you reach out you see how many trades the other collector has finished and how many they cancelled. Both sides rate each other after the trade, so unreliable users lose standing fast. Addresses are only shared after both sides accept the swap.

Whichever works for you. The proposal shows the other collector’s city, so if you’re in the same place it’s usually faster to meet. Otherwise plain mail, however you settle it in chat.

Cancel the swap and leave a negative comment. It all stays on their profile even after they delete their account, so unreliable collectors lose the community’s trust quickly.

You can, a swap proposal can include any number of stickers on either side. The app suggests the bundle that best covers each side’s gaps for you.

Other users only see what you’re offering and what you’re looking for. Your address, email and phone stay with you until you choose to share an address inside a specific accepted swap.
